PBL Assessments by Student Report
This report will have an overview for each student in their PBL course(s). Because the report pulls all PBL courses the student is enrolled in, this may be used as a progress report to send home with students and/or use during SEP's.
You will see each of the following on the report:
A. All PBL courses for each student
B. The calculated grade for the course
C. Each standard that has been assessed for the grading period selected
D. Each assessment, score and due date
E. The 'skill proficiency level' calculation for each standard is the most recent score given

Options Before Running the Report
Below are different options available before running the report:
a. Click on the 'Grading Period' drop-down menu to select the grading period (Quarter)
b. Click on the 'Course-Section' multi-select drop-down menu to select the course(s) you wish to see
c. Checking the box 'Exclude Drops' will exclude from the report any students that have been dropped from the course(s)
d. Checking 'Failing Sections Only' or 'Zero Scores Only' will only pull students on the report that are either failing any of their PBL courses or have 0's as scores on any assessments
e. If you want to run the report for one student, you can do that by typing in either the student ID or student name in the 'Student ID' field
